Greenbrier Title was founded in January 2008. Our primary market is Utah County and the Wasatch Front, however, we also provide professional title and escrow services throughout the state of Utah. With the strength of our underwriters, Old Republic and Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, we are able to give our clients the security of a large, multi-state title company coupled with the personal service of a locally owned Utah business. Steve Tuttle
President & Chief Executive Officer
Steve was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Virginia, Alabama, and Germany. His family’s moves and adventures inspired his love for travel which continues to be one of his greatest passions. In addition to travel, Steve enjoys the outdoors, photography, good food, pets (especially dogs), history, architecture, swimming, and football. He moved to Utah to attend college and began his career in real estate after graduation. Steve became an escrow officer in 2001 and founded Greenbrier Title in 2008. He loves the real estate industry and helping clients achieve their goals and dreams.

Dan Duncan
Chief Operating Officer
Dan was born and raised here in the beautiful state of Utah. He graduated summa cum laude from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. Dan is a world traveler which has fueled his passion for languages including German, French and some Italian. Dan is also a food blogger, singer/songwriter, photographer and avid hiker. When he is not at work, he is usually spending time with friends and family. Dan is passionate about people and loves the title industry because it allows him the opportunity to help others realize their dreams of home ownership.
David Martin
Vice President
David is part of the third generation of his family to work in the real estate industry. He brings a passion to his work and always seeks to provide the highest levels of service for his clientele. He is constantly learning and trying new things. He enjoys reading books, playing games, and spending quality time with his friends and family. David lives in Orem, UT with his wife, daughters and cats, all of whom he loves more than anything.
Ben Woolf
Escrow Officer
After growing up in Washington State, Ben and his wife moved to Utah in 2003. He has been in the real estate industry since 2000, first as a real estate agent and, since 2004, as a Title and Escrow Officer. After serving an LDS mission in Spain, Ben graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. He also minored in Spanish and is available for Spanish language closings. He loves being outdoors, especially camping and hiking with his family.
Emily Flack
Escrow Assistant
Emily was born and raised in Utah and is a wife and mother to five beautiful children. After graduating from the professional bodyworker program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2014, she started her own practice as a licensed massage therapist. She is currently attending Utah Valley University to complete her undergraduate degree in exercise science. Emily has a passion for learning, loves getting outdoors to play with her kids, enjoys a boisterous card game around the table, and lives for the simple moments at home with her family.
Breann Shillington
Receptionist/Office Assistant
Breann grew up in West Valley City, UT and was the first in her family to attend college. She just finished 2 years at Salt Lake Community College in photography. Breann is new to the real estate industry and is excited to take on this new and exciting venture. When she is not at work, she is spending her free time with her family and 2 dogs, and enjoying the outdoors. Breann loves traveling to new places, taking photographs, indulging in art and music–especially attending music festivals–and meeting new people.
